Enlight Autism Center operates this website and the contact and scheduling forms on it. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means Enlight Autism Center, located at 7920 University Ave, Fridley, MN 55432. If you become a client, the health information we collect as your child's treatment provider is protected under federal health-privacy law and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this website policy.

Today that includes the parent or guardian name, the child's age, an email address, a phone number, and your preferred way of being contacted. We ask you not to send sensitive medical details through these forms, because they are intended only to start a conversation.
