A first session within about 30 days of your first call.
Most families are in treatment within about 30 days of reaching out. There's no waitlist, and for families on Medical Assistance or Medica, care is covered. We take care of the paperwork, so you can focus on your child.
Here's what happens after you reach out.

You send us a few details.
Fill out the form below and we'll get back to you within one business day, usually sooner.

You come see us.
We give you a tour of the clinic and introduce you to some of the staff. You get a real feel for the place before anything else happens.

We sit down together.
This is the consultation. We go through an age-appropriate screener with your child and collect any records you already have, things like an IEP, medical records, wellness checks, a previous evaluation or diagnosis, or any other assessments that have been done. You don't need to prepare anything ahead of time. Just bring whatever you have.

Our Clinical Director completes the evaluation.
Our Clinical Director does their assessment and writes it up. From there, your child's board-certified behavior analyst puts together the treatment plan.

Services begin.
Within about 30 days of filling out that first form, your child can start.
