What happens when you call
From your first call to your child's first session.
Four steps, fourteen days. No out-of-pocket cost, no waitlist.
01
Free intake call
About 20 minutes. We listen, gather basics about your child, and schedule the in-person screening. No commitment.
Have a recent autism diagnosis, IEP, school evaluation, or wellness records on hand? We can use them. If not, we'll walk you through what comes next.
02
Free screening + consultation
In-person at our Fridley center. We run an age-appropriate screener (M-CHAT-R for toddlers, CAST for older kids, ADOS-2 for kids under 6) and review any records you bring.
This step is also free. Insurance covers it once enrollment is confirmed; if you're not yet on MA or Medica, we help you navigate that step before billing.
03
CMDE
Performed in-house by our Clinical Director (LPCC). The Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation is the formal evaluation MN DHS requires to open EIDBI funding for treatment.
We accept prior records: an IEP, medical records, wellness checks, or an old CMDE if it's been more than a year. We use those to generate a fresh CMDE without starting from scratch.
04
ITP + first session
Your Lead BCBA writes the Individualized Treatment Plan based on the CMDE findings. Treatment begins. That might be ABA, speech, OT, or the integrated multidisciplinary approach, depending on what your child needs.
We guarantee starting services within 14 days of your initial intake call. There is no current waitlist.
